We will miss Lee and Monica also! I will look for another framer, and another shop to shop at.
Lee and Monica deserve to retire, and they will be missed!

Since last Saturday was Peter's birthday, it sat down and attached the pompom before heading over to his house for a birthday hug and kiss, and wouldn't you know it, it took all of 5 minutes! Don't know what took me so long to get it done, but he was thrilled with his new hat.
While I had the yarn needle out, I also attached the pompom to the pink hat that I crochet at the beginning of the COVID stay at home order. Since my favorite girl, Natalie, loves pink, I thought she might like to have it. She loved it!
So now I have two very happy grandchildren....and three sad ones who don't have a hat made by Oma.....

In 2020, I stitched.....there wasn't much else to do! I stitched for 1015 1/2 hours and had 83 finishes and I stitched every. single. day. Well, I did have the kitchen remodel which was a lot of extra work, and I worked early voting and election day, those were all very, very long days and definitely cut into my stitching time.
Toward the end of the year, there was only a little bit of stitching each day. It was hard to stay motivated.
These are my goals for January and the rest of the year. Why does the list just keep getting longer? Stay tuned to see what I actually get finished in 2021!

I am not quite sure what to do with it now. Should I frame it or make it into a pillow?
November was a busy month, filled with kitchen remodel and such....not as much time for stitching. Perhaps next month will be better

Well...October was not a very good month, stitching wise. We finally were able to start the Great Kitchen Remodel, and I stupidly volunteered to work early voting. It will be easy, they said! They were wrong! It was brutal!
November doesn't promise to be any better. The kitchen remodel is almost done, but then we move furniture, shampoo rugs and unpack boxes!
