On Thursday in Cozumel, Sue and I, along with Jan, Stephanie and Priscilla, took a Mexican cooking class. It was great fun, and we loved eating what we created with the guidance of Chef Louis.
Although we made everything in reverse order, here is the appetizer, a Sope.
The main course was a fish dish. Very tasty!
Desert was fried plantains with a chocolate sauce. It was a very enjoyable morning!
