This sunflower table topper was stitched for Sue Hillis' table. I finished the backstitching just a few minutes after midnight on Monday night. It looks great on her table. One of her kitties, Ethel, thinks I made it for her. Every time I stitched on this at Sue's house, Ethel came to inspect it, and then took a nap on it. Now that it is finished, she keeps trying to get up on the table to take a nap on it, much to Sue's dismay.

Once a cat claims something as its own, that's it. I think Sue is going to have a very hard time keeping kitty off of the table. :-)
