First Finish of 2012

I know it doesn't look like much, but never the less, my part is finished! This is the border and my square of the Threads of Life 12 person Round Robin. When I get this back, each square will be stitched and I will add the charms that I have for it. The border was actually my last finish of 2011, and the square (and the recharting of the wording) was my first finish of 2012.

The chart is Baltimore Garden Quilt by Handblessings Designs. It is stitched on 28 count coffee Jobelan with Gentle Arts Sampler Threads.

Every 6 weeks I will be stitching on someone else's project and sending it on until we are done, sometime in the middle of 2013, I think.

I think it looks lovely. The amount of stitching in those borders can be deceiving. Congrats!

I hope 2012 brings you all the best. Happy New Year!

It will be fun to see the progress on this, and how it turns out.
