A the state tree and bird! With today's high of 75 maybe we will hear some mockingbirds here in the great State of Texas!

Ok, but do you say pee-can (accent on the 1st syllable) or pih-cahn (accent on the second)? After a few months of referring to it incorrectly, I was trained. :-)

I finished the 1st day of Texas Christmas this evening. I will do one or two more next month.
